Positive Reinforcement Alone Doesn't Work.
To Truly Be Effective Follow These Steps:
1) Tell Yourself What You Want To Say
2) When Your Mind Responds Negatively
Undermine That Message Immediately
3) Follow Up With Positive Reinforcement
4) Repeat Steps 2-4 Until Positive Wins
